Voltix Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Voltix, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds, in accordance with Shopify Payments guidelines.
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, returned items must be:

Unused and unworn
-
In their original packaging
-
With all tags still attached
Please note:

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another size or product of equal or lesser value.

Return shipping is free for your first order. For any additional returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

For exchanges (such as size or colour), Voltix will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
To initiate a return, please email us at nangvanthuu05@gmail.com to request a Return Authorisation Number.
Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
📦 Incorrect Address / Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to Voltix due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:

The return shipping fee, and
-
A new shipping charge to resend the parcel.
If you choose to cancel instead, we will issue a refund minus all shipping costs incurred.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards
-
Personalised or custom-made products
-
Items returned used, damaged, or without tags
🚚 Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking confirms delivery but the customer claims non-receipt, Voltix is not liable for a refund or replacement.
Please check with household members, neighbours, or your local delivery depot in such cases.
🕓 Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order must be received and returned before a refund can be processed.
You also have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or someone on your behalf) received the item, as per consumer protection regulations.
To cancel:

Once approved, return the item within 3 days of approval. Late returns may not be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Delivery fees are refundable only if standard shipping was selected.

A valid tracking number must be provided for all returns.
