📦 Processing & Dispatch

All items listed on our website are in stock. If a specific size or colour is unavailable, it will automatically be removed from the product page.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., November to January), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Customisable or made-to-order items may require an additional 3–5 business days for preparation.

  • Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it’s dispatched.

In compliance with Shopify Payments’ policies, all transactions are securely processed, and customers will be notified via email when payment is successfully confirmed before shipment.


🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Once an item has been shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, including address updates or cancellations.

  • Orders may be delivered by trusted international or local courier partners depending on your destination.


⚠️ Potential Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Seasonal backlogs (especially during holidays)

  • Courier disruptions, strikes, or extreme weather

  • Global events such as customs inspections or transport restrictions

🔁 Shipping & Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with Shopify’s fair-commerce standards.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • All returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
